You need to visit Oak St. in Chicago. It's where all the desperate people shop. : )

Necessary Clothing- its a boutique in NY, but they have an online website you can order. Basically is like an upscale Forever21 (to me). Romwe.com, Agaci.com, &thats all I can think of! But definitely check those websites out! I love them, and good luck!

Why not go bespoke? Your clothes get tailored exactly to your measures and they should always fit perfectly. A perfect fit always looks really exclusive, no matter how much you paid for it!
