Yes i am a 15 year old girl and everyone seems to wear them! They look pretty good with high waisted shorts or pants and i love them with maxi skirts !
I see a lot of girls wearing them! You can find them almost anywhere. I would say at tight fitted one looks best. I've tried wearing the looser ones and they don't look all that nice. Maybe if you have bigger boobs! Hahaha. Which I do not.
