When you ordered from Canada Forever 21 you should have gotten a Purchase Order Number after the order went through. They may have also sent this number to your e-mail address that you put in the order form that you filled out. Phone the toll free 1-888 Customer Service number. Give them your order number so that they can find your order. Ask them for the Courier Tracking Number for your order, whether they use UPS, Purolator, or whoever. They may have also sent this tracking number to your e-mail address. Phone the courier company toll free national number. Give them the tracking number so that they can find your package. Tell them your street address where you want it delivered, or tell them to hold the package at the shipping depot for you to pick up in person. Courier companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes – only Canada Post does that. Even if you didn't do this, when the courier driver realizes that he can't deliver the package to Canada Post, the courier company would probably send a card to your P.O. Box stating that you need to phone them and have the mailing address changed.
