I'm going out and I'm not a skirt or dress person but need to look nice. I was thinking of, leggings with a baby pink top which is a chiffon type material and is gingham but the squares are quite small and can only be seen close up. Since it's quite chilly here I'll need a jacket so would a light blue denim blouse look okay? I'm not good on matching colours so please help! black legging n pink top is good and for jacket wear golden or go with white both would look quite cute and wear high heels or flats or whatever you have and have glasses on if its morning with natural red or any bright gloss or lipstick you'll look stunning (Y)

Sounds good to me. And here's a tip if you want to match colours: try wearing a belt the same colour as your shoes. This will make it look all put together and very nice. Since you're wearing leggings (probably can't put a belt in them) try going for some white or black shoes (if the leggings are black). The outfit you described sounds very nice!
