Hahaha. It depends. If you have kind of a skinny look then it looks good e.g. Pharrell Williams. It comes off as geeky but it's fine. If you're bulky or look in any way tough then no :D Either way, wtf are those lime green gloves? :D

I think it is not fine to wear to work .but it is ok in normal time .
Personally, that's not the kind of style for a guy that I find attractive. For a teenage boy, sure that's alright, if ya wanna look like a clown who bought the wrong length of socks. For a man, that would just look ridiculous xD hahaha. Apparently knee high socks are in now, but I prefer em on girls more than guys. I mean wear what ya want, no one can stop you but you.
Yeah I think its fashionable and trendy tbh. A young man/teenager can dress like this but not mid 20s, that would just be weird.
