If it's for a graduation ceremony, I'd wear flats and a cute cardigan with the dress for the event. But, for a regular school day, a jeans jacket and converse with your dress would be perfect and really cute!! : }
I don't like dresses with converse, I think dresses should be worn with cute shoes. Maybe these? They're super cheap and so gorgeous. But if you like the whole dress-with-converse look, go for it!

that looks good. also if you want you can do a jean jacket, a shirt, and a skater skirt with converse
I recommend you do 8th grade over,your not a good speller..pay attention and do xtra credit and keep your mouth shut...
