Ok. I have never seen the anime you chose your character from. Buuut after looking at many photos it hit me. The material she wears as her arm warmers and skirt looks to me that it's basically the material they use to make the pants you see at hot topics, the ones with all the chains. I'm not a hundred percent sure what the material is but you can always go to hottopics.com and find out what it is. From there you can go to a material store and find exactly what you need. Also I think you could use the material from an old trench coat or two and it would qork. And you can find old trenches at goodwill and thirft stores. That would also be easier on the wallet because at this time of year coats aren't something you need and you could get them at a steal also if the trench is wrong color you can get material dye at wal mart cheap.
