Whenever i enter all my details and i enter my postcode it never accepts it and says 'Post code must be 1-14 characters' even when i have entered it! also when i click the 'select an address' option afterwards that doesn't come up with anything, also the postcode space at the bottom of the page won't let me type anything in. Have you tried contacting customer service on the site? There should be a "contact us" or help link on the order page or on the main page. They can tell you what's wrong.
