Anyway, I recently purchased a push-up swimsuit but the cups are still a little too big. Oh hun, I got small breasts too, and I'm nearly done growing. Perhaps purchase another padded swim suit with smaller cup sizes. But nobody should be looking at your chest anyway; that's perverted.

u can add the padding , or wait till u grow into it n use a bandeau top for now
