Size bigger because if you want use out of it you don't want it to get small quickly.

If you are going to pretty much have your grad gown over you most of the time I would not advise buying a blazer since you'll grow out of it quickly and you will have wasted money for something you barely used. But if you insist, I'd say get a size bigger so you can use it a little while longer while going through puberty haha. Congrats and good luck!
