I'd get the Movado since they have been a famous watch company for a very long time. Burberry is known more for clothing etc and watches are just a sideline for them. Be sure you can return the watch for an exchange however. Men are super particular about their watches so don't get your feelings hurt if he would rather choose a dif style.

Burberry watches are actually made by Fossil and are exactly the same inside as cheap Fossil watches. Fossil pays Burberry to use the name (you can look it up). Movado are real, high quality watches. Also - if you reall want a Burberry, check eBay. They sell more watches cheap on eBay than they do in stores.

Men can get picky over their watch. These are rather expensive too. Something you might want a policy for in case it is lost or stolen. I like the leather strap over the other for comfort, and fit..and the design of the watch.
