I love Hanes white briefs the best but Fruit of the Loom has a good product.
Personally I'm a Fruit of the Loom guy, but I have a few pairs of Hanes that I like too. Currently they sell a package that has a variety of blue colors, and the fabric completely covers the waist elastic. This is nice because elastic generally makes my skin break out. Having the covered waistband is genius, not sure why other manufacturers don't do it more. Only complaint is the leg holes stretch out during the day.
It depends. Are you a male or female? Are you asking about female briefs, or males briefs? Personally, I prefer to see men in Boxer-Briefs. It just looks weird and immature to see a man wearing those 'tight-whitey' briefs. No sane woman on earth thinks those are attractive. Every woman, however, thinks boxer-briefs are attractive. They're sporty, tight-fitting, and flattering for men of all shapes and sizes, (almost no matter which brand you choose). Also, they're incredibly comfortable (or so say my ex boyfriends and current boyfriend).
