with skinny jeans, it really depends. I normally wear 30 or 31/32 with regular jeans. For my skinny jeans, I have some that have like 2 or 3 % lycra for stretch. When I wear that kind, I can go down a size or two easily and they are still very comfortable. I have a pair of super skinny jeans that have 3% lycra stretch and they are size 28/32 and they fit me PERFECTLY ;)
