you can youtube tutorials, but I agree with Poppy.. take it to the store you bought it from and they should remove some of the links for free. If you dont have the right tools, you could seriously damage the watch. and hot damn, after the amount of money you spent on a rolex im sure you dont want to ruin it.
Take it to a jeweler or watch shop before you break something.
