It hurst for about two weeks, and it takes about 2-3 months to heal. It hurts about a 5 on the pain scale of 1-10, and remember to not sleep or rest your head on that side, and keep your hair out of it.

I have one and honestly im the biggest wimp when it comes to needles but it didn't hurt. Well it did but for only a split second. If your going to get one, get a ring because it hurts less then a stud. You have to clean it three times a day and when you go to bed lie on the opposite side. And wear your hair up for the first week so it doesn't get tanged in it. Depending where you get it done its gonna cost $30-50
