1.) wear some make up. Eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, and maybe some eyeshadow. 2.) Bright color clothing with dark pants, or dark shirts and light pants. 3.) jewelry 4.) Dresses/skirts 5.) small heels and or heeled boots, but make sure they are small heels. 6.) Nail polish. 7.) Sweet and cute looking hair and some headbands.
Wear makeup, bright colors, don't go goth, skinny, curls in a ponytail or pigtails, etc.
Dress girly with lost of accessories and curled hair.
