you need to increase your height first.

Male models need to be 5'11" - 6'4" with very few exceptions if they are age 14 or older

I'm sorry, but your much to short. Guys need to be around the 5'10 and up range.

6ft and up is usually the limit for male models.

You're a little on the short side, for a man especially. You could always do commercial print (which have no height requirements, but do have preference to taller men) Try submitting you're head shots to your local agencies and see if anyone calls back. If not keep your dreams high, if they do you will be interviewed and measured. They'll let you know if they're interested or not and lead you from there if that are!
