say you have a lot of trouble breathing when you're doing something athletic then claim its a deviated septum or something. or just break your nose so badly that it has to be re-set and then you can get it fixed lol. until then, look up how to contour and highlight your face with makeup. you can make your nose look really different once you learn how to do the makeup techniques. its all over youtube, its super easy. my nose is really big but i can make it look tiny :) good luck!
