My prom is on the 25th of this month and I have a wedding dress to wear. When I purchased it, it was waaaayyy too big, so I got it tailored. When I got the dress back it was a vast improvement, it fits in all placed other than the bust. It is a large puffy dress and strapless. My breasts are an A cup and I'm a dress size UK 6. The breast on the dress are more suited for a C cup. I can't get it tailored again so what can I do so that the dress will stay up and so that I can fill the breast area out as best as possible. Padded strapless bra.

It's already going to be a little loose because it is strapless. I'd get thin strong clear plastic string and sew them on as spaghetti straps so that it wouldn't be obvious that the dress was being held up. Or I'd convert the dress to an actual spaghetti strap with white ribbon. If you plan on doing any of these things, make sure that the sewing is very very tight and strong.
