Umm.. nose pins are purely decorative - and if you mean "clothes pins," the idea that those can bind your nose like a corset and shrink it is a myth. There is no way to shrink your nose. Either learn to love it, or save up for rhinoplasty. You can also use contouring to make it look less big- put darker foundation on your nose and lighter foundation around it, and then blend it to look natural using a powder that matches the rest of your face in color.
