Tuck the top into your shorts and then raise your arms above your head to untuck some of the shirt and to make it baggy, then you can put the belt through your shorts and you'll be able to see it.

You put the belt through the pants loops and you fasten it... duh. I'm just kidding, but what i do is where the belt where the buckle is on the side of my waist.
