Wow I love your dress!!! Anyways, for makeup it shouldn't be a bold color. It should be something metallic. I think metallic silver eyeshadow would look good but don't put too much because it would look weird. For lips, a peachy nude color gloss would be perfect. For the blush, you could use bronzed which would be better. You should curl your hair in semi loose waves and do like kinda a half down half up style.

put your hair up because it would be such a waste to not show that detailing on your shoulder area.. i don't really know your hair length, so can't help you with that hahaha :) as for makeup, it really depends on you. Anything neutral would look nice since your dress is already quite intricate. I'm thinking but a little more gold shimmer on the center of your lid just for more pop :)
