Depends . At first when I bought from eBay I didn't have a PayPal account and was fine without it until afterwards I looked at there reviews and they weren't great . After that I tried to make a PayPal account but just can't seem to . I was afraid that some bad eBay seller would hack my account and take everything .and now if an order isn't delivered or is a wring size I say I could have lost my life savings
