Is this appropriate to wear when you're working in a hotel where you have to be tall because you are dealing with guests especially if you're petite. I find that platforms are more comfy than the pumps with no height at the front. I usually see women working in the hotel wearing shoes without straps. I found a very comfy pumps that gives me height and doesn't hurt one bit but the problem is that it has a thin strap across my feet just like the shoe in the picture. You think it would still be okay to wear something like that to work? Thanks! Absolutely! Mary Jane pumps are always appropriate and are a very classy alternative to a pump. For work, I always recommend a high heel with a platform as a 5 inch heel with a 1 1/2 inch platform means it will feel like a much lower 3 1/2 inch heel (5 - 1 1/2 inches) and be much more comfortable if you have to stand a lot.
I don't think so
yes why not

Absolutely! Dressy and glourous. Plus the added height will add to your stature and confidence, a big plus when dealing with the public
