I live in Salem oregon where it's usually chilly a lot of the time. The high is supposed tk be 72 degrees Fahrenheit today. Do you think I should wear short sleeves and leggings or short sleeves and shorts? I don't know if the shorts would be too cold or the leggings too hot. I would normally go for leggings and a shirt maybe take a thin jumper you can wear if it gets a little chilly

If it is sunny than shorts,but if it's raining or cloudy id say leggings.

ehhh in Detroit when it's like that it's pretty neutral (not too hot, not too cold) when it gets up to the 80's that's when its too hot. beware of chilly winds bring a sweater or jacket.

you should be naked in the sunny days.
