I got my helix pierced just over a week ago, and it is swollen and tender to touch. It looks a little red too. I clean it 3-4 times a day and never touch the piercing, just sometimes the ear around it. Barely ever though. Thats completly normal, as long as it does not change colour even more, if the swelling continues you may have to ask the piercing shop to fit a bigger bar inside, also it would be tender to touch you just had it done its not going to heal in a week.
