If those are the colors you want, it's worth it. I swatched all the drugstore neon shadows I could find (NYX as always has some close shade dupes) and the formula on the cheap stuff just generally sucks. Dry, powdery, medium color payoff at best. While I will freely admit Urban Decay has many so-so products that are not worth the cost (looking at you, every mascara and every brush UD's ever made) eyeshadow is not one of them. That's UD's backbone, and over the years their shadow formulas have only gotten better. Usually when you find a UD fan, it's someone that loves their shadow most of all. Though remember it's a pigment palette, 4 colors have an ingredient not approved in the US, Canada, and Brazil as an eye makeup ingredient, so those 4 colors are not for the immediate eye area. Use those 4 near your eyes at your own risk basically, truth be told I've actually had no trouble using any of the colors on my lids near my lash line. I can't think of much else that compares, there's shadow in shades just as bright with formulas just as smooth, but they're all independent or high end makeup companies, so for the price if you're happy with the Electric palette's color selection, buy it. It's fun, it's the best UD palette I've bought in years, and I own more of their shadow palettes than I want to admit.
I love urban decay, but it all is very pricey. I think i would rather spend the money on a palette that is more neutral and versitile(from urban decay of course). If i were to get thay palette i know i would never use it..but it all depends on your style and personality.
