I think it's way cute. You could definitely wear it with Vans, but idk about wearing it to school it depends on what your schools dress code is. But if you did wear it to school I'd wear a Cardigan that has three quarter length sleeves with it to make it less beachy/Lazyish looking.

It's not that bad, but the top part seems weird, but the bottoms are fine. The pattern though would look good with all white Vans. I personally wouldn't wear it to school, but maybe the beach or mall.
