The best thing would opt for some bright bracelet, a necklace would think that is not correct due to the detail in the area of mesh neckline

Maybe a nice sparkly bracelet, there isn't any "bling" on the dress. I'm not sure about a necklace because of the dress' high neck line but maybe. Have fun ^-^
