Wearing a tube top to exercise isn't immodest, it's impractical. As for the bandeau versus tube top, bandeaus have a tendency to be looser and have elastic above and below the breasts, whereas tube tops are tight all the way down. Tube dresses are more bodycon style and fitted, bandeau dresses are fit-and-flare, tight at the bodice, then flowy and flared from the midriff down.
