hey :) im looking for some specific stuff and been unable to find it, pretty much, a leather jacket with belt buckles and spikes/studs, i want the jacket black, but the spikes to and buckles to be a dark lime green, and combat boots with the same style, black, but the laces/spikes to be dark lime green. A real punk would buy a leather jacket from the thrift store, and customise it with studs from an old belt

You are being quite specific here. So , I'd say it would be better for you to just search it up online on amazon, ebay, olx or asos ( having special leather for women) since almost everything is up there ! OR give it to a designer artist to do it for you ! By the way Leather boots are quite common ... if you search somewhere in the stores ( definitely not malls !! ) You'll find them for sure !
