I'm going to AWA this September and it'll be my first anime convention. I really want to do a good anime cosplay but I've never done it before and need suggestions on who to go as and how to do it. I'd prefer not to have to buy a full cosplay because any that are affordable are usually crap, and any that are good cost WAY too much. I'm 17, 5'4", 165 lbs, I've got darkish brown hair (which I am open to cutting/temporarily dying), and I'm kinda muscular, but not ripped (so nothing shirtless (if that's even allowed)). Also, please not Light or L from Death Note, they're too over done.
