Ask the laundromat manager if they have hidden video cams; most business insurance plans, and some state building code mandates, require them. It's possible you may have a stalker taking your intimate clothing. If this laundromat doesn't have working video cameras, I'd take my business to another one that does.

Most laundries have security cameras. You should report this immediately to the laundry and to the police. They will look at the tapes and find the culprit. This is theft and the VS panties are not cheap! Maybe you can even get some re-numeration for the lost items but it has been awhile so that may not happen.
