I recently bought a pair of pants at old navy. I took the tags off, only to realize there was a rip in one of the legs. I still have the tags, receipt and even the bag. Will they accept it? Old Navy is very good about returns on damaged merchandise and overall very good about returns and exchanges in general. The chain's return policy is one of the best in the business. Take the whole kit and kaboodle -bags tags and all -off to the store where you bought the pants and tell your story. They should offer you a pair of new undamaged pants, a store credit or even a refund if it's within the time limit.
