If you've got the body build for 'em I think they look pretty cool. Just realize if you have toothpick legs? With jeans like these everybody's gonna see 'em. The guy in the pic at least has a little definition in his legs (calf muscles and thighs) ...about right to make these jeans look good. I've got some HotTopics that aren't quite as extreme as these but they are super comfortable ...'cause they're jeans that're cut for guys ...no "weasel squeezers" for me ...and they kinda show off my calves a bit. Gotta wear low profile or slim styled kicks with jeans like these ...All-Stars are about what everybody wears but you can pull it off with wrestling shoes, moccasins or some Sanuk flip flops too. Vans could work ...like slip-ons would be cool ...just stay away from bulky looking shoes.
I have a black and blue pair of Topman spray on skinny jeans. One of the most comfortable pair of jeans I own and I do not have any discomfort in the groin area from them in case anyone was wondering. They do not restrict a guys groin despite ignorant belief. I wear them with high top sneakers or flat canvas style shoes. Looks even better if you a slim build.
