The dress I think is CUTE! But the length of the dress is iffy, (what ever is in your personal comfort zone.) The boots.... FLAWLESS! Together: Would make a great blend! I would wear black-lace pantyhose (I will post a link below of panty- hose that would look pretty with them!) under the dress to give the dress and the boots more... POP! They both are really cute!

Um no. The boots look to heavy and over power the dress, the dress is delicate and need some thing light like sandals or flip flops. If you want to wear a boom go for some angles light wear boots
