I graduate university later this week and I am trying to figure out my look for the ceremony. My dress is periwinkle blue and I am wearing a black cardigan over it with strappy black wedges. My regalia is royal blue with a red hood. So I need a suggestion that works with both colours. I am going to do a French mani on my hands but I want a solid colour for my toes. I'd do a nude color on the toes to go with the manicure. Otherwise, you'll have too many colors in the look!! : }
