Sounds casual. In that case I'd go with some moccasins. Cole Haan driving mocs are fairly sleek and would go well with the skinny jeans. Get a pair that aren't distressed ...they'll look a bit dressier. Or you could go with a pair of Sperry Topsiders ...aka boatshoes ...but are really just moccasins. Very classic look and gives a bit of the prep look ...especially with the blazer. Okay, a little off the wall, but a nice (new) pair of low cut Converse All-Stars. Lotsa colors to choose ..maybe a grey to go with the blazer or medium blue. Kinda avant-garde look ... I'd go with the mocs; either the drivers or Topsiders.
