Pricey: Express (their ankle leggings fit amazing!) Madewell (They are known for their jeans! I recommend the skinny skinny crop) Mid-range/affordable: Wet Seal: Fashionista style Forever 21 (they are a tad bit too long but they fit nicely everywhere!) Marshalls/ditto/plato's closet (found some great jeans there) American Eagle (their jeggings fit me best) I'm 5'0". I feel your pain :/

Try TopShops' Joni jeans. I have trouble trying to find skinny jeans to fit me too, &I must say they're the best fit. They are expensive, but so worth it!
