yesterday I had a friend over and she spent the night. so when we were kinda playin on our phones and hurt laying in the ground I kinda felt a wet spot on my pants (because I have my monthly visitor) and I thought maybe there was a stai but I didn't really think much about it but when I finally got up to go to the bathroom I saw a huge stain on the back of my shorts and my friend probably saw and didn't say anything. then this morning we walked to Starbucks to get breakfeast and I forgot about the stai so I put those shorts back on! and she and Aton of other people probably saw!! don't re-wear you clothes at least until to wash them specially if you are on it.... now to wash your clothes and to remover the stain out put hydrogen peroxide directly on the stain white for it to bubble up and then wash it works great and its inexpensive

Just tell your mum and she'll be able to buy the right stain remover for clothes and as for your pants I'd just bin them, don't be embarrassed it happens to all of us girl and I'm sure your friend will understand
