There are so many online shops like shopwilddaisy.com and lovelikewoes.etsy.com with amazing clothing - For the clothing, you could make your own or buy them and do touch-ups. You can't just buy clothes and re-sell them bc thats illegal. There are so many handmade shops with transparent and tumblr girl overlays (If you have original ideas youll make lots of money) Look up shop wild daisy for an idea, she has amazing handmade clothes. - Get people to sponsor you. I have an instagram account with 10k and almost 2k and I'll happily sponsor and promote your business. You could start off with a plain white tee-shirt, and make a transparent overlay with good quality. Start advertising and tell your friends and family to spread the word. - You could start off on etsy or storeenvy. Dont copy other peoples ideas either bc thats wrong.
