Victorian clothing (for women) mainly consists of full length dresses that reach the floor, I couldn't find anywhere online that sells anything like that. Are you perhaps looking for vintage looking clothes? You could have a look on these sites I found online: Perhaps even a local charity shop, you'd be surprised at some of the nice stuff you'd find there!
