I have been having an increasingly difficult time finding actual skinny jeans. Ive tried Zumiez and Pacsun, they used to have awesome jeans, but now they really aren't "skinny", they feel too baggy, where as I'm looking for actually tight skinny jeans. I had the same problem as you for years. Get some Naked and Famous "skinny guy" jeans. They're a little expensive ($100+) and you will have to hem them to fit you perfectly, but its worth it. They're the only jeans i've ever found that fit me right. You wont have that awful looking droop in the crotch area that makes you look like you've got a huge diaper on hahah. They also come raw (unwashed and un-distressed) so when they fade they do so in all the right places. If the "skinny guy's" aren't skinny enough, they also make a "super skinny guy". You can get a better price online, but try them on in a store first at least so you don't waste your time. They sell them at Nordstrom and Barney's too I think.
