I like the dress but I don't think you should be bare legged for semi formal. You should wear beige or nude sheer pantyhose. For makeup, wear a bold lip color, full eye makeup and mascara or wear fake lashes. You also need to go the salon and get some long French tip acrylic nails put on. Don't forget about your nails. They are just as important as makeup. Also nude heels are great but you need to wear higher heels. Have fun!
