ok so my youngest sister is graduating from high schoool tomorrow and her friends are having a really big graduation dinner for friends and family. Im not sure what to wear to. the graduation is tomorrow at 7pm outdoors. So it'll be dark by the time she walks. the weather will be around 90-95 degrees.. HOT! The graduation dinner is indoors around 4pm. here are my two choices: An all black peplum dress with teal wedges and accent jewelry and a black and white maxi dress with a tribal design.. i"ll probably wear that with sandals and gold jewelry. So which dress should i choose for which occasion?? The peplum dress sounds more formal than the maxi - so wear the short dress to the graduation, and the maxi to the party.

I would definitely wear the peplum dress for the dinner; it's much more formal than a maxi dress and this seems like a more formal occasion. It seems like the maxi dress would be too casual for the dinner, but is probably perfect for her graduation, especially since it will not be in an air conditioned room.
