If those are the exact heels you have, I'd go with them. They're not overly high and Windsor Smith have a rep for being really comfy. They also look like they have better arch and ankle support than the flats which would be better for wandering up and down cobblestone alleys

definitely the heels, more versatile and fashionable.

The high heels aren't even very high and they are known to be quite comfy although if you had the choice i'd go with both. The heels are versatile and as a fashion shot spot they fit in perfectly. x
