It depends on your period I suppose... if you typically have a medium to heavy flow, just to be safe you could do a tampon and an actual pad. thats mostly for peace of mind though... you almost certainly won't leak through both. if you are set on wearing white just make sure you bring extra supplies and go check every once in awhile.
Just don't wear white. Better safe than sorry. Yeah you want to wear white but I think wearing a different color is not a big deal. 2 maxi pads might work but you should just not have to worry about it in the first place. Have fun at the dance!
I think you shouldn't wear white pants on your period, it's not exactly a worry free situation I went to a dance with white pants on and I was so sure it didn't go through but yeah before the end that's what happened
You won't be able to enjoy yourself if you're worrying about staining your pants or wearing all those pads etc. etc. Just wear darker colored pants.
I am sure you will be fine just wearing the tampon and optional pad. I have been through this situation before and I was fine. Good luck dancing!
