So i just got my period and i have this show that i'm doing the day after tomorrow and my costume for it consists of white leggings and a white top which will not cover my butt. My period is usually heaviest on the first couple of days and i'm now really paranoid that people will be able to see my pad and/or i might leak. Any tips?????????????? Wear a tampon then put on a thin panty liner too. That way if it leaks it won't get on your leggings. Also you can't see panty liners.

Try using a tampon, that way all the blood is absorbed inside and not on a pad in your underwear. If you don't know how to insert one, use this: Hope I helped!
