*sigh* Leather jackets. Jeans. V-neck shirts. Does it really matter? Girls like boys who are real. Yes, your personality filters through what you wear, but if you're trying to be a bad boy - trying - then what you wear won't match your personality. You wouldn't see an emo wearing a tutu, would you? Be yourself. And don't try to get girls to notice you. Be at ease with them.
Boot cut jeans, nice Nike sneakers, a sexy dress shirt, with the top two buttons down, or boot cut jeans with timberland boots, a t-shirt and a leather jacket on top. Or without it (either way works) :)
