My manager said that I might be up for a "cast of" and that they wanted to submit my photo when the DM is around. What does it mean if you are apart of the cast of?

From what I understand a cast of is when Abercrombie takes photos of it's most attractive workers and then they decide if they want you to model for them because the models that you see in pictures and online are actually people who work at Abercrombie.
